A 24-Hour cancellation policy applies to all trips.
In the event of illness (cancellation under 24 hours’ notice) we do require that you provide a physician’s letter, from a local Maui doctor, for a full-refund of the individual who is sick. If the person that is sick/injured is a child, a Maui physician’s note will guarantee a full refund for that child and one parent.
Occasionally it does happen where we must cancel a trip due to weather or unforeseen events. We do our best to give notice of cancellation as early as we can. In the event, we cancel a trip we provide a full-refund or offer the opportunity to go out on another day based on availability.
We are happy to provide you with a full-refund provided we receive notice of cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to trip so that we can resell your seats. In the event of illness, when under 24 hours’ notice, we do require that you provide a physician’s letter for a full-refund.
Molokini Weather Permitting:
We always attempt to go to Molokini first and foremost. However, destinations like Molokini (and types of species or marine wildlife that can be seen) all depend upon what nature permits each day. It is at our Captain’s trained, professional discretion what snorkel location the Four Winds will voyage to.
Taxes & Surcharges:
Maui Classic Charters adds the following taxes, totaling 7.166%, to the cost of all of its Four Winds II trips:
• State of Hawaii General Excise Tax – 4.166%
• Department of Land & Natural Resources Harbor/Mooring Fees 3%
• Fuel Surcharge of $5 for the Morning Tour
• Fuel Surcharge of $3 for the Afternoon Tour
Prices listed on our site do not reflect these fees.
Infants Under 3 Go Free:
Infants (under 3 years of age) are free! – However we need to know, that they will be accompanying you, ahead of time so that we can have an accurate passenger count for USCG regulations.
