Directions To The Harbor

From Lahaina, Kaanapali or Kapalua

Take HWY 30 south. You will travel along the coast for a while and eventually come to Maui's only tunnel.  About three (3) miles after the tunnel, there will be green highway sign reading "U.S. Coast Guard Station".  Turn right at the sign and drive down towards the harbor.  Stay to your right hand side and drive onto the jetty.  The Four Winds II is in Slip #80, located at the very end just before the Ferry Terminal Building.  There is free parking all along the jetty.

From Kihei, Wailea or Makena

Take South Kihei Road north to HWY 30. South Kihei Road will end at a "T" intersection at a traffic light. Turn left onto North Kihei Road at the "T" intersection. Continue on this road until you come to another "T" intersection (and traffic light) and turn left (towards Maalaea and Lahaina). Turn left at traffic light by Maui Ocean Center (Kapoli Street) where you will see Carl's Jr. and a gas station located on the corner.  Then take Kapoli Street down to the end and turn right onto Maalaea Harbor Road. Drive through the Harbor, past Buzz's Restaurant and bear left onto the jetty. The Four Winds II Slip #80 is located at the very end, next to the Ferry Terminal.

From Kahului

Take HWY 380 west to HWY 30. At the 2nd stoplight (where HWY 380 ends) turn left onto HWY 30. Follow the signs to Maalaea. Turn left at stoplight by Maui Ocean Center (Kapoli Street) where you will see Carl's Jr. and a gas station located on the corner.  Then take Kapoli Street down to the end and turn right again onto Maalaea Harbor Road. Drive through the Harbor, past Buzz's Restaurant and bear left onto the jetty. Four Winds II Slip #80 is located at the very end, next to the Ferry Terminal.

GPS

Since our Maalaea slip is on the jetty portion of the harbor, off the main highway, a proper GPS way-point is not easily accessible to most devices. Therefore, the best way to use your GPS device to navigate to our location is by pointing it to the address below (which will get you to the entrance of the harbor). Or you can also scan the QR code (in the map) into your smartphone.

11 Maalaea Boat Harbor Rd., Wailuku, HI 96793

Free Parking

Free parking is available out on the jetty, on the ocean-side of the harbor, where our slip is located.  Please be sure you get to the harbor early enough to secure a parking space that is closest. There's also free parking on the other side of the harbor, as well as a paid parking option at the Ocean Center Shops.  NOTE: If you patronize one of the Ocean Center shops or restaurants, they can validate your parking ticket and then it is free.
